Don’t refresh. Fix that issue by editing a file, see this:

This has been fixed in 1.4.4 beta. Quick fix for 1.4.3: Edit feature/sms_subscribe/sms_subscribe.php and go to line 723: Change: $sms_to = ''; To: $sms_to = array();
