I am testing sending messages with smstools3. My goal is that a sms reaches the destination as fas as possible. I am sending sms from one EU country to another. According to my tests it takes some 10 seconds from the moment outgoing sms is stored in the outgoing folder until it is received.
Is it standard time? Connected with mobile telephony? Or can I speed things up by any smstools settings?
Can regular_run help?
With regular phones it takes 2-3 seconds, that would be my goal.
