Empty folders (sent, inbox)

Hi,
I’m using playsms with smstools v3.1.20. I can send messages from playsms, but “my sent messages” folder is always empty, even though messages are successfully sent. I can receive messages but they are only visible inside “All inbox” folder. In the Route incoming SMS section I have configured Route all sandbox SMS to users to admin user so I expect to see my messages inside My account > inbox for admin user.

what can I do about my problem to start seeing messages ?

What´s your linux? I have seen this happening on ubuntu. On CentOS works fine.

Ubuntu 16.04… Is this a common issue?

Can be… As I said, had this issue, but hadn´t time do investigate, and have seen another posts with the same.

I hope someone can give me some ideas on how to fix this, because it’s pretty annoying not seeing the messages you’ve sent and their status. It’s just not practical to check the logs.
