Can not change Default SMSC

After adding Jasmin as a Gateway in Manage gateways and SMSC, I can’t change the
Default SMSC in Main confiugration. It only gives Blocked and Dev as options. Jasmin is not there.

After configure Jasmin from that menu then add an smsc for it from the next tab

Finally I added it, I inspected the Web page and found this link in the attachement which led me to the SMSC creation
