What is the best gsm modem gives the largest amount of transmitter and receiver for messages?
i guess the modem speed is not the limiting factor, it is more the communication via gsm. i am quite sure more than 12 messages per minute are not possible.
the first message takes usually a bit longer in our environment, 2nd part of sms is transmitted much faster.
but nevertheless we need at least 5s per sms (in average about 8s).

Thank you andre , I appreciate your answer to me a lot. But what you think the best device accommodates at least three sim card , because I will do to set up a large system. I hope you will help me in the choice of this device.
sorry, i can’t. we use 3 of the cheapest boxes we could get. they are working quite stable, but the load is low (about 20000 sms in 2 years).
Can you tell me what type of this sms gatway device ?
(like i know some one use huawei e220 or Wavecom Q2406B ).

we are using kind of this gateway:
the only interesting thing was having “AT- Befehle nach ETSI-Standard (GSM 07.05 und 07.07)”. didn’t care for chipset etc. we use it via tcp/ip (gateway has integrated serial ↔ tcp/ip converter).
