Some sms remains in the sent state and does not change to delivred state

Hi, need help. I have sent 2500 sms at a time, the sms are delivred but there some sms (700) remains in sent state, and does’t change to delivred state.

I want undestandt how sms changes from sent state to delivred state.

I use Playsms 1.4.3 with smstools gateway.

This file has been truncated. show original

smstools receive reports from operator and wrote it to incoming spool folder, and then playSMS read them. if the file written in that incoming spool folder contains specific message, message_id and status then playSMS will handle it as deliver reports.

So either no delivery report file written by smstools, or theres no delivery reports received by smstools from operator
