PlaySMS with Portech

Hi everyone!
I have a Portech MV-378 with 8-ports. It’s possible to connect the Portech to PlaySMS for send/receive SMS?

It seems that Portech speaks AT protocol, right? If so, kannel can be used to connect playSMS to it.
