Manage SMSC and gateway

i am able to install playSMS.but when i click on Manage SMSC and gateway a blank page appears. i am using apache and the error i am seeing is:

And the one strange thing is when i enable php 7.0 the website doesnt work. and when i disable php 7 it shows web pages but not manage smsc and gateway page.

please help me its urgent.

do a re install with centos

hi! same with me here on a raspberry pi 3
re-installing playSMS did not solve the issue
not only “Manage SMSC and gateway” just shows an empty page but also “Manage plugins”

which kind of info, logs do you need to support?
