Is integration possible? On the playmarket there is an application that works through the server, tell if any solution can be used by plugins for cms wordpress, joomla. For example sending sms to subscribers, or registering via SMS! ?

On WordPress there is a plug-in WordPress SMS, In which are already selected various SMS services, сan eat something like that for CMS wordpress or Joomla
