Importing contacts fails

If the file specifies some groups and those do not exist, no contacts are shown to import after uploading file. Also, no error message, so the user doesn’t know what is happening.

I would expect to create missing groups, (with confirmation before proceeding) or alternatively, showing contacts with non-existing groups marked “bad”.

Also, there is no validation on repeated contacts. If you import the same contact twice, it gets displayed twice even if with the same email address. I suggest only allowing one contact (by email address and/or name) per group (or even better, only one contact that can belong to many groups)
