Foxbox GT Broken

I am trying to contact the seller of the Foxbox GT that I purchased. Sent messages via seller’s email, their website, contact form. No response!

The modems have failed.

I installed the foxbox in our datacenter. Connected via API to send and process messages via both modems. All was working until ‘modem initialization failed’. The modems weren’t being accessed. Couldn’t get to them via the OS either. The SIM cards work in a phone, so it’s not the cards.

Please let me know where I can return the Foxbox for a refund.
