Connect playSMS to MNO's SMSCs

I am new to playSMS and i would like to know whether playSMS can connect directly to MNO’s SMSCs with Kannel or GAMMU?

By using what protocol did you mean by directly connect ?

I know only SMPP or REST/HTTP API

I meant HTTP.

Most importantly, can playSMS support USSD?

HTTP depends on the API, most likely you have to build your own plugin

playSMS does not support USSD
