As Outgoing SMS Route, How to Include USER ACCOUNT on SMS RATING?

SMS rating is based only on outgoing sms prefix.
As SMS outgoing route, it should be very suitable and interessing to include user acount in SMS ratingstrong text

is it possible now on PlaySMS?
