Any user can see all incoming messages that does not have a Keyword or @user

Hi all where should I look , I would like all normal users to see all incoming messages that does not have either a KEYWORD or a @username.

Hello Stephen,
maybe you can try Settings ->Route incoming messages
Then you select the user who you want all incoming messages to be routed to. This should cater for all messages that are not directed to any user. Let us know if this works for you.
